ArtClash Contest Copyright Notice

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content submitted to the ArtClash contest, including but not limited to artworks, designs, photographs, videos, and written materials ("Submissions") remain the intellectual property of the respective contestants.

2. License Grant

By participating in ArtClash, each contestant grants DoneArt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display submitted works on ArtClash platforms and promotional materials
• Use submitted works for marketing and promotional purposes related to the contest
• Archive submitted works for historical records of the competition

3. Originality Warranty

Contestants warrant that:

• All submissions are original creations
• They hold all necessary rights to the submitted works
• The works do not infringe on any third-party rights

4. Prohibited Content

Submissions must not contain:

• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Trademarked logos or brands without permission
• Defamatory, obscene, or illegal content

5. Usage by Organizers

ArtClash reserves the right to:

• Feature winning entries in promotional materials with attribution
• Display contestant names and works in connection with the contest
• Disqualify entries that violate copyright or contest rules

6. Third-Party Rights

Contestants are responsible for obtaining all necessary releases for any recognizable persons, locations, or copyrighted elements included in their submissions.
