Voting Rules:

Winning & Prizes:
🏆 Winners are notified via email within 24 hours of contest closure.
💰 Prizes are non-transferable and redeemed within 30 days.
⏳ Unclaimed prizes after 21 days will be awarded to the runner-up.
Post-Win Restrictions:
If you win, you or immediate family members (siblings, parents, same surname) cannot participate for 6 months.
Friends or distant relatives may still join.

4. Payments & Refunds
- All vote purchases are final – No refunds for accidental purchases.
- ARTCLASH is not responsible for transaction errors (bank delays, card issues, etc.).
