Competition Rules

Eligibility & Registration

Eligibility: The competition is open to all artists currently pracrising artistic work as a Profession, or just learning.
Registration: Participants must complete the registration form with accurate personal information.
Artisit KYC: All participants must must updated his/her KYC with a video of his/her artistic work.
Single Entry: Each participant may only register once with a single email address and phone number.
Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter the competition.

To ensure fair play and authenticity, all participants must complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process:

Record a short video of yourself stating your full name and state.

Record a video showing your artwork and describing your creative process

Upload or take a clear photo of yourself as your DP

Video Requirements: Videos should be no longer than 60 seconds and clearly show your face and artwork.
Verification Time: KYC verification may take up to 48 hours to complete.
Approval Required: Only verified participants will appear on the leaderboard and be eligible for prizes.
Original Content: All artwork and video content must be original and created by the participant.

The competition uses a public voting system to determine winners. Here's how it works:

Each participant gets a unique voting link to share with supporters

Each vote costs ₦50, with no limit on votes per participant

Accumulate votes to rise in the rankings and win prizes

Voting Cost: Each vote costs ₦50, which helps support the competition and prizes.
Multiple Votes: Supporters can vote multiple times for their favorite artists.
Real-time Updates: The leaderboard updates in real-time as votes are cast.
Payment Methods: Votes can be purchased using various payment methods including bank transfer, USSD, and mobile money.
Vote Verification: All votes are verified to prevent fraud and ensure fair play.

Original Artwork: All submitted artwork must be original creations of the participant.
Theme Adherence: Artwork should adhere to any specified competition themes or guidelines.
Digital Format: Artwork must be submitted in digital format (JPEG or PNG) with high resolution.
Appropriate Content: Artwork must not contain offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content.
Submission Limit: Participants may submit up to 3 different artworks throughout the competition.

Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on our website and social media channels.
Prize Distribution: Prizes will be distributed within 7 days of the competition ending.
Tax Responsibility: Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with their prizes.
Verification Required: Winners must provide valid identification and bank details to claim prizes.

False Information: Providing false information during registration will lead to immediate disqualification.
Fraudulent Voting: Any attempt to manipulate the voting system will result in disqualification.
Plagiarism: Submitting artwork that is not your original creation will lead to immediate disqualification.
Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Inappropriate Behavior: Harassment of other participants or organizers will not be tolerated.
